Why I built Replylah
I’ve been on the other side of this. I spent months job hunting: tailoring my resume for every role, writing cover letters, hitting apply. Most of those applications simply vanished. No rejection. No update. Nothing.
The silence was the hardest part. Every day I’d check my inbox and the job application pages, hoping for any update. Some applications sat at “Submitted” for months. Others quietly disappeared: the job was taken down, and with it any chance of an answer. I didn’t know whether to keep waiting or move on. I started second-guessing my resume, my experience, even myself, when really, nobody had even told me no.
I built Replylah so no one has to go through that again. Here, every application gets an answer: from the employer, or automatically if they don’t reply in time. A clear no is better than no answer at all.
