Welcome to Replylah. These terms govern your access to and use of our recruitment platform in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Replylah, you agree to these terms and all policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in Malaysia to use the platform.

3. Account Registration

Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. Recruiters must provide valid company information and invitation codes where required.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the service lawfully and not misrepresent identity or submit false information.

5. No Ghosting Commitment

Replylah’s key promise is that recruiters on the platform commit to replying to every application.

6. Content and Posting

Job postings must be genuine, non-discriminatory, and reflect actual opportunities available in Malaysia.

7. Privacy and Data Use

User data is handled under our Privacy Policy and relevant Malaysian PDPA provisions.

8. Intellectual Property

Replylah and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Service Availability

Replylah strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Replylah is not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers or the outcome of any application.

11. Payment and Fees

Any paid services are subject to separate terms and pricing schedules communicated through the platform.

12. Termination

Replylah may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or illegal activity.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should be escalated through Replylah’s support channels and may be governed by Malaysian law.

14. Amendments

Replylah may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
